the packaging very professional ,,the design awesome and stylish !I’ve been ridding it for a week now and the battery still good ,, the speed 17 mph so pretty good and the price is about right ! only one thing though this scooter it was not made to ride it on sidewalks, unfortunately it missing shocks it has no suspensions system it runs very smooth on a nice flat superficies’ I wish it comes with it!! everything else it is great,..,,.!!

Received my scooter today. It arrived in perfect condition. The interior box was amazing. Total high end, luxury product vibes.
The owner’s manual is easy to understand.
The scooter is ready to go from the box, no assembly required. I took it around the block a few times. Smooth ride, rapid acceleration and brakes that stop on a dime. (ABS)
The front light is bright, the blinkers on the handles and on the rear of the scooter are bright and easy to spot. The hologram Bugatti symbol is awesome.
